Sharing here my personal experience, not sure if it was the same for people in other teams.
- Work is extremely monotonic, I was fixing some dull bugs 99% of the time.
- A lot of politics with the studio we outsourced for, I constantly had a feeling that nobody needs what I was doing, it's just so frustrating.
- You know this cool creative atmosphere when you are working in gamedev and you hang out with creative people like artists, designers, and programmers who is passionate about the game? Never had it here.
