      Pros

      Good benefits package (free sky tv and reduced broadband and mobile plans). Competitive pay. Hybrid working.

      Cons

      3 days a week in the office feels pointless when we are often all sat beside each other while on our laptops in the same teams calls. Business pushing AI on every department feels like we are all digging our own graves.
