      Good benefits, lots of training available, generous holiday allowance. above average pension scheme, flexible working role permitting . Great company culture. They really care about their employees.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
