      Large company with complex projects. Great resume builder for young professionals.

      Cons

      Large company feel with silos. Easy to be past up for promotions if you are not in the "in circle." Tends to happen more if you are not working close to the main office.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
