      The pay is good. They give an annual bonus. You get a decent amount of time off

      Cons

      The office has a lot of clicks and forms favoritism. The company also has no loyalty, if it's a bad year they will lay off employees so top management can still get their bonus.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
