Pros
Large company so for the moment feel confident I will have a job. A lot of very hard working talented people and project teams.
Cons
Going through a lot of non positive change. Leadership is a revolving door and has become very political - promotion based on who you know not performance. The fun is gone. Sales, revenue and profitability down. See 2018 4th quarter results. Just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Hours are long and the project teams don’t get much support. A company heading in a bad direction.
