      Upper management weak with little vision. Not very tech savvy PM Systems dated and clumsy. Tendency to promote on “emotion” rather than capability or project opportunity

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
