      Pros

      Great at offering development opportunities, although a tad lacking in the supporting functions. Project exposure is good and can move departments to gain wider experience.

      Cons

      Long hours are expected as standard, very political esp within the HR function. They do not lead by example.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
