You don't have to interview for each family. There is no annual fee to sit for families who use the site. Payment is fast and easy and families have the option to tip. There are constant job opportunities every day. They have coaches who help you make sure your profile is perfect.

Pros

Flexible schedules- you work when you want to, 1 - hour lunch break, get to interact with new people and work with children and create great memories.

Cons

You dont get paid immediately but the next day at the time you end your shift for the most part. Its never been more than a day and I did it for almost a year.
