      Positive supportive environment, big on relationships, no two days are the same, great office with brilliant cbd views, sky is the limit and successes always recognised by the team

      Cons

      High budgets and conditions around commissions make them very hard for anyone to actually receive them. There’s been none paid to the team for all of 2019

      Fantastic for experience, fun team culture and lots of autonomy

      Cons

      Hugely KPI Driven and performance-based, which is fine for me but not for everyone. This particular business also used all the excuses under the sun to not pay commissions.
