Thanks for sharing. It means a lot to hear you experienced strong teamwork and culture among the dev teams, that’s something we really value.
That said, we don’t agree with your take on leadership. We’re not perfect, but blame and favoritism aren’t how we operate. We hold ourselves—and each other—accountable, and we’re always working to lead with more clarity, integrity, and trust.
All feedback is helpful. It gives us the chance to pause, check ourselves, and make sure we’re holding to the standards we set.
