Generally employee friendly, and being a UK company, they are very caring about the employees with a good focus on work-life balance.

Sr. Mgmt is short sighted in retaining long term staff when economic issues arise and have been opting to RIF key staff as they don't see value in LT knowledge. They also do NOT listen to specific requests from potential clients when it comes to focus on Bid-Defenses, resulting in unnecessary losses of business as they did not deliver what was requested.
The people who are actually doing the work are great.
Cons
Senior management is a joke. If you look up their resumes they all come from companies with a toxic culture. They’ve managed to bring that here and hire their buddies!
