- The customer success team has made a lot of changes in the last year that have been for the positive. There is better structure and training that is given for the account management team.

- Parking at the location can be challenging due to popular Sawtelle street
- At the same time, as a startup there are a lack of resources but at least I appreciate that my manager acknowledges this is a gap.
- More product and engineering team is needed to achieve company goals.
