      Pros

      - Benefits (ex. always be learning credit). - In the Sawtelle area. - Cool sales team .

      Cons

      - Parking on Thursday and Friday mornings is extremely difficult due to street cleaning. - Be careful of which team you land in. How happy you are at Silversheet will especially depend on who you report to. - Difficult to trust others inside and outside of your team. - Fake and micromanaging leadership (select individuals). - Impossible to access the office outside of 7AM-5PM M-F. - Siloed departments. - Hierarchical, bureaucratic, and political. - "Values" are purely semantics.

      Weekly breakfast Nicest CEO I’ve met Parking and phone allowance each month Always be Learning credit -$750 for personal and professional growth

      No accountability for managers. Very small company-a lot of unmanageable work Bull pen office environment, too close at times No job security/stability HR is not reliable Micromanagement Communication Management is reactive and not proactive

      • The office is located in Santa Monica so you are close to the beach • Snacks delivered monthly

      Cons

      • They offer a very high OTE (On-target Earnings) which is comprised of a base salary plus commissions, however this is one of those instances where they over promise... by a lot. • Management has no experience leading a sales organization • Lack of direction and guidance • High rate of turnover
