Everthing owner says is not true - Analyst Silverlight Research Employee Review

Employees don’t have a legal contract; the owner tells you in the interview that you receive a salary based on a number of deals you make, but the average number he tells you in that interview is way more high from the normal one. Normal is 3-5 all months. You end up receiving a salary that is lower than the minimum wage. Not giving you a minimum of privacy; the website says there are offices in Londong and New York and Hong Kong, but it is all fake and the number for these offices forward directly to his cellphone. The whole company is 5 guys just sitting in Lisbon. Be careful going there.
