Thank you for taking the time to write a review. One thing we are very clear on when communicating with candidates, regardless of role is that we are very much a work in progress. We are not yet in a phase where everything is set up and ready to go. We are in the teething phase, where we are trying to simultaneously build and grow. This is why we look for entrepreneurial mindsets. On top of all this we’ve had to manage the impact of Covid and switch gears for some teams in order to do so, and also work more remotely than we ever have before. This has required major changes, which considering we weren’t prepared for, we feel we have managed relatively well. This, however, does not mean we could not do better, and so we have shared this feedback with appropriate parties.
We are working hard and investing a lot into the sales organisation. This can be seen in the form of management, training, increased targeted campaigns, etc. However, we can only do so much, we then leave it to work with us in achieving as much as possible and carve out opportunities to grow. We have many success stories demonstrating this.
