Pros
The benefits are great, and upper management, including store and district managers, are very friendly, approachable, and supportive. They truly make an effort to guide and assist new team members.
Cons
One major challenge is the culture among some tenured employees or Associates- there’s a noticeable pattern of them looking down on new hires and, at times, even dismissing management direction. This behavior can come across as bullying and creates a difficult environment for new team members trying to learn and contribute. More support and accountability around team dynamics would help improve the work culture. Some sales associates are overly focused on their own sales goals, which can lead to a lack of teamwork and support for others, especially new hires. This competitive mindset sometimes creates tension and makes it harder to build a collaborative environment. Encouraging a stronger team-based culture would help improve morale and overall performance.
