You get to work remotely

Cons

Leadership is terribly under qualified and has no idea how to properly run a profitable organization. The company is filled with egotistical men that prevent any sort of progress or logical thinking. There’s zero opportunity for growth so working there is a complete waste of time and energy (pun intended).

Pros

Honestly, the changes Signal has been making within the last year has changed my perspective on the company. A lot of great things are coming. The chance to move up has become reachable no matter what gender you are.

Pros

Good work life balance. Coworkers on the same level as you are generally nice to work with.

Cons

Poor organization between departments, virtually no opportunity for a raise unless you threaten to quit for a better offer. Stingy PTO/sick da/federal holiday policy. Company is not in a position to encourage growth or even meet bonus structure. A lot of repeat or unnecessary work due to lack of connection between software and departments as well as constructive feedback not being taken by mgmt. Pay is below average for solar and worse for women. Lack of diversity.
