Amazing communication between transatlantic offices, lots of support from US teams to help with European business growth; good office, very good UK benefits. Constantly on the innovative front trying to use the best tools out there for the business; the company was very keen on the test&learn approach, and delivered new products/tools very fast compared to big corporate slow-moving businesses. Young, smart and very dynamic team in the UK office.
Cons
Bullying & favouritism from senior management; European business never stood a chance against the size of US business and therefore was given little to no importance to grow; within the time I worked there I saw the UK office atmosphere deteriorate to a pathetic level due to what can only be seen as very poor (people) management - micromanagement, scrutiny and destructive criticism became a norm.
