Pros
great industry. Working here you will always be at the bottom end of the pay. This is the absolute bottom in the tooling world.
Cons
They will not train you. There is absolutely no leadership. The top management are a bunch of snakes and have no problem putting you in very unethical situations. There is absolutely no HR department just some people who wear fancy titles. This company is in a power strangle hold at top. Mainly 3 people. They do nothing. They take all the glory.
