Interview
My interview was a pleasant experience. I met the manager at a local restaurant. I liked the manager conducting the interview. He was polite and showed an interest in learning about me and not just my work history. He also bought me a drink. I felt comfortable and like I could be myself. I could tell that he cares about his employees and got a vibe that he is looking for a team player. He asked about my work history and covered a lot of detail about the job. The interview lasted about an hour.
Fair and straightforward. Mostly asked about cutting tools, previous experience, and projects that I worked on.
There were two rounds one with HR and the other with the Site Manager. Both were pretty straightforward
