Pros

Smartest people I’ve ever worked with Projects are interesting Benefits are great Remote work and flexible- I’m so thankful for this although it’s presenting cultural issues (see con) Almost everyone in the company is client facing including technical people Good pay Really good relationships with Salesforce, Adobe and other tech players especially for Shift size

Cons

Recent loss of three big clients and merging companies led to layoffs which has been horrible- although the company is quickly gaining new clients these layoffs and changes are still quite a shock to the culture and organization Remote work (yes also a pro) has led to a disconnection in people, teams and culture at all levels of the org. I’m shocked at how mean people are due to no in-person interaction. This needs to stop. People need to think about others and company not just their own remote self and one person opinions - we are not contractors Project diversity (yes also a pro) is tough sometimes due to having to learn/do simultaneously People are assigned to multiple clients which is fine to a point, but it’s hard to work on 4 projects/clients/tech due to the many needs and mental switching

Pros

Lots of room to create your own structure and process. Respectful that employees are people. The organization actually cares about DEI, operationally, not just as lip service. Tons of opportunity for learning. Thoughtful CEO, who communicates clearly.

Cons

It is a difficult industry space for an org to enter, and I don't know anyone who does full service consultancy + agency particularly well. If you're gritty and you like creating your own structure, this can also be a pro.

Pros

You will be a fool to seek any pros here. It's not a decent workplace for people who want clear boundaries and hope to enjoy some work-life balance. These awful people will never respect the lines you draw.

Cons

The work expectations were ridiculously high. Employees were expected to be available 24/7, work on multiple projects, and meet client expectations while balancing poorly assigned deadlines. It was a struggle to show up every day when you knew they expected too much from you. It was exhausting to try to reason with the arrogant leadership that did nothing but pile horrible expectations. They also didn't give me enough room to grow. My learning stopped, and I was doing boring work for months. There was no career growth, either. Overall, it was a horribly frustrating experience, and I escaped before I could be trapped here for long.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that you felt overwhelmed and unsupported during your time with us. Your feedback about workload expectations, work-life balance, and development opportunities is taken seriously. We recognize that unrealistic deadlines and unclear boundaries can lead to burnout, and this is not the environment we want to create. Our new leadership is working to actively address these issues. Again, thank you for the feedback.
