      Nothing, just bad experience one will have.

      Cons

      Worts company, can ask you to leave anytime with no reason. No managent. Will ask forcefully to put resignation.

      1. salary is on time 2. 5 days work 3. rare bare minimum celebration 4. you learn Non- relevant things and software.

      1. No work life balance 2. Poor management 3. Micromanagement 4. No bonus 5. Bare minimum increment 6. NO JOB SECURITY 7. Scarcity mindset 8. Overtime and work on weekends 9. Different treatment for favorite and non favorite employees 10. Tremendous Workload 11. fake Promises 12. zero appreciation for employees 13. Greedy managers 14. constant competition with each employees and team
