Bad Interview process. For Experienced person also Aptitute is taken that also technical Aptitude they will not take the logical Aptitude they will take. After Aptitude is taken you have to wait for a long time. After that HR will arrange a technical person. After your technical round HR will tell you our interview rounds are going on We will call you at the end of the day but HR will make you fool he will not call you. and the technical round person will not ask any technical questions for the sake he will take that round like he is doing a favour on you.
