great creative agency, high energy, a place that could be a player nationally, the fun in doing great creative work outweighed many negatives
Cons
tons of backbiting, jealousy, no respect to departmental boundaries. The agency has lost a lot of clients in the past four years and not won any new ones to my knowledge.
