Pros
Pretty easy work. Cashier work, keeping the store cleaned, keeping outside cleaned up, and you basically able to do what you want after that.
Cons
Management struggles to hire decent people who aren't on probation or drugs so you struggle taking the slack of everyone else just so the jobs get done.
