Pros
Hardworking people. Some of them are normal people who suffered by daily 8am ~ 11pm meetings. It will give you some experience on consumer electronics, but that's pretty much it.
Cons
Garbage management, I can say half of the managers will push you to 8am~11pm work every day then himself is at home almost every day. Endless meetings which don't really require you to be there all the time. but you have to be there. A lot of failures in the cost-down process. Draining every hour out of engineer's spare time to cost down their product. Where is my share for doing so? Supply chain issues when changing the suppliers to elsewhere. By meeting higher demand's 'great design'. resulting in plundering every engineer's life expectancy. Garbage managers trying to ask HR if they can fire you immediately when you are trying to be kind and give'em a transfer time after you get a new job, they will still plunder your last hour working at there, even you work hard, they will still be picky and speak garbage words to you. No really need to work hard anymore once you decide to leave there since they won't find any problems out of their selves anyway. This company doesn't really need to fire people, you will go by your own.
