* Please note all points noted and observed are from personal observance and experience only. * Highly and intensely micro managed. * Will bring you on board with false promises, deceive you with dishonest positive feedback. * Potentially receive promotion with "carrot baiting" incentives, title and salary adjustment. * Will likely receive said promotion without change in status whatsoever. * Expect dismissal after 2 days shy of 6 months of employment (learned after the fact this company is notorious for this - ensures the dismissed has no legal recourse). * Also expect no prior warning to said dismissal. There will have been nothing but positive feedback until this point. No verbal or written concerns about performance. Regardless of how well you were received to-date. * Expect to be thrown under the proverbial bus when you present new and effective ideas. Also expect said ideas to be employed after your dismissal. * Expect zero assistance from Human Resources on any level. They are in fact useless from an employee's best interests standpoint. * Expect an unsettling high turnover rate with "Temp" help. * Expect your termination right around Christmas when you've already exhausted yourself and your family's patience ensuring the company has finally made it through Peak Season.
