Pros
There is a mentality here of always pushing to be the best you can possibly be, with everyone supporting one another in reaching past where they initially imagine their goals can reasonably be to think even bigger. The people are so smart and have such interesting perspectives. You have so much opportunity to take initiative, be creative, and take on challenges that may have been years out somewhere else. I've never been bored one day of working here, and find each day full of opportunity. There's a lot of room for internal growth too. If you are someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, likes having autonomy and opportunity to take initiative, and doesn't mind a lot of rapid change, you're likely to enjoy it here. It feels like the company is really at a peak moment right now with products excelling across categories and a lot of cool cultural recognition, and that's an exciting environment too.
Cons
It is VERY fast-paced and constantly changing, so it's not a perfect fit for everyone. You're more likely to do well if you are more of a jump in and learn on the go mentality than someone who does well with slow onboarding and lots of clear processes. It's an environment that could lead to a poor work/life balance if you don't have strong prioritization skills and a clear ability to know when you can say no. You are never going to be able to coast at SharkNinja, but you are going to be challenged to constantly improve and bring your best self to the table.
