Pros
- Bonus Pay is Nice - Okay people that make the work environment tolerable
Cons
- No logic in process - Broken systems that leadership doesn't bother to improve in fact they fire the people they hired to fix it - High turnover rate across the board - Majority of teams incapable of making executive decisions or taking actions - Really poor creative ideas (really need to invest in better talent) some of the creative coming out of here is boring and laughable. -Poor onboarding process and education on job roles and dynamics (nobody understands how anything gets done)
