Pros

Remote work No other pros

Cons

Company's recruitment process is a horse show, management lies about progression, keeps you in the dark, has no regard for its customers, overall not a place I'd want to be working for long term

Pros

Leadership truly leads by example. Leaders regularly jump in, solve problems, and get into the trenches alongside the team which makes for a good team culture. Values are actively screened for during hiring, which results in a genuinely aligned team, the most helpful people I have ever met are on this team If you want to grow, there are many paths to do so, and managers actively support you in building toward new roles. The “doers not talkers” value is lived and initiative is rewarded

Cons

Smaller company where processes are still evolving, so things can change quickly/often. Can be a pro for many like myself who like to try new things and adapt well to change. It means more opportunity for growth, but I have seen that this is not a pro/fit for everyone, Shakepay might not be for you if you don't like change.
