      Terrible leadership. Don’t be fooled by old reviews talking about the culture. That left with CEO Randy Garutti. Shake shack is just like every other money hungry corporation. They will work you straight into the ground if you let them.

      bogus. management is awful, i was put on a full time schedule when i agreed to a part time one since im a college student, hours are awful , understaffed environment, i sense some passive aggression between me and my coworkers but i cant put my finger on it. also this one manager only decides to help out when things get extremely hectic but then they go back to sitting down and being on their phone.
