      Easy, good shift patterns, balanced work

      Cons

      Awful, untrained and incompetent management, untrained staff, no motivation, no work/life balance unless you work mornings, some managers expect you to 100% commit your life to the job and will make you pay emotionally if you don’t.

      Competitive salary. Generous PTO and vacation accrual. Good benefits package. Opportunities for growth and development.

      Cons

      Ongoing management turnover and staffing shortages. Difficulty hiring enough managers to properly support the business. The culture the company promotes no longer feels as strong as it once did, resulting in a less positive work environment.
