Cons
The management wants to get as much out of you without valuing you for your skills. The leaders have literally zero leadership skills, they are at their positions cos of the time that they have served at Sezzle not cos of their skills. If they see an employee doing good and nearing a promotion they will start making you feel you are not good enough. But the overall feedback would be you are doing great! Your ideas will be liked and used but you will not be appreciated at all. Very myopic in their strategy, no long term planning for business or projects. Leaders at times will micromanage and with their short term planning mess up projects for engineering teams and undo and redo things all the time because they were only thinking for two weeks from today. It is highly toxic and selfish of leaders to thwart the progress of their employees just because they do not want to compensate them.
