Bossy lead and Worst management - Senior Software Engineer Sezzle Employee Review

There are tons to say, only in India(Bangalore branch) 1, Worst CTO I have ever seen in my career life 2. Country Head is so bossy and just blame the people and just degrade the managers, by her words and also CTO 3. Little politics with Engineering managers (even though they are young) 4. CTO will just simply ask in a meeting just by seeing the git commits and judge them (No idea, how he get into the CTO position) 5. No work-life balance. 6. Expecting 8 hrs of work (only for coding) even though if you have meeting in that 8 hrs, that wont be considerable to them. 7. No proper communication along with the team. 8. If you have any doubts, and if you reach out CTO, he wont reply/explain about the requirements at all. And atlast, he will just ask, what the hell are you doing. Actual point is we dont know,what the requirement at all.
