Failing Company - Please reconsider - Sales SetSail Employee Review

The company is not in a stable condition, including financial stability. The CEO creates an abusive environment for the sales team and I've heard similar for the engineering team. He's offended prospects, and his ego and shortsighted views prevent long-term solutions for existing paying customers. They've had trouble paying their employees on time. There are issues with benefits. Please take a look at their turnover over and you'll quickly see all they haven't been able to keep a sales team.
