Interview

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were split between past experience (50%), hypothetical scenarios (20%), and general approach to problems (30%). Overall the loop seemed to be very relevant to the day-to-day of the job.
5 different stages from recruiter all the way up to an executive interview. Every single person in the process was delightful, friendly, and welcoming. There was a take-home assessment which was not too difficult and plenty of direction and time was given to complete it.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SetSail in Mar 2022
Interview
The process started off with a couple intro meetings with recruiters before moving into the technical domain. Eventually, I met with several of the data scientists each of which performed their own type of interview (e.g. statistics, data analysis, machine learning, presentation, leetcode, etc). Overall, there were 10+ interviews. It was the most extensive interview process I’ve experience but I appreciated how thoroughly they vet candidates. The interviews were fairly low pressure and conversational and overall, it was my favorite interview process yet.
