Sales team consistently under perform due to constantly changing go to market strategy. Non sales founders developing a product for sales and generally unwilling to listen to any sales people, the customer or employees they've hired with tons of experience. But you will hear over and over about Google. CEO is very very difficult to work with - zero self awareness, huge ego and toxic. Stay away.
