Pros

Health insurance. Snacks in the office. Some of most fantastic people who care and try to elevate your career and learning development. Really great in my first few years at ServiceNow.

Cons

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OTHER REVIEWS!!!! They are just employees writing reviews because HR told team too for internal kudos system. All they care about is making sure ServiceNow is on the "Great place to work" list. HR is a load of ****, they will glasslight you that you are the issue and if you raise any issues, they will brush anything off. If you report it, good luck HR keeping it secret. Secondly, the IT department is a complete joke, Layoffs, expense cuts and two-faced people who are fossils. Management continues to make adjustments and loves to praise how much they saved money on cutting anything and everything in the IT department. Just remember we used to have travel and get together benefits, well that is gone. Minimal and if ever performance review for better compensation. If you are joining this company, please be aware that your time might be great, but it is all a lie, after your 6 months-1 year mark you will see and please make sure to reference this review in your mind.

Pros

Free snacks Leadership opportunities Stable work given current ai market You can get challenging engaging work but it comes at the cost of putting in extra hours Smart and helpful people work here

Cons

Work can a bit boring if not on something cutting edge Dev experience is pretty bad, moving xml files around that contain the actual code, proprietary low/no code platform to build products Full of Indians, diversity is a joke in engineering. It feels like a cost cutting measure more than anything else tbh Very much a checkbox mentality when building products instead of long term thinking with quality and usability Doubts about upper leaderships navigation during rise of ai Pay is nothing near what it should be, especially after stock dropped almost 40% yoy Certain internal processes are difficult for no other reason than we made them like that, lots of reaching out to people for rqts, signoffs, adjustments etc
