Pros
ServiceNow is a rocketship, sound clique but this can be validated but looking at the stock price. ServiceNow is an innovative company that cares about its employees, customers, and partners. From my experience, there aren't any office politicis that get in the way from you getting your work done.
Cons
Like at any big tech company, diversity is a problem. I do have to admit that ServiceNow has made an effort to diversify its board of directors and leadership positions. I would love to see this done at other levels of the business.

- Amazing offerings that are extremely relevant to all organizations around the world. - Awesome people to work with. Super supportive and also tons of fun to be around! - Incredibly loyal customer base that loves the company as much as we do and this makes my job so enjoyable!
Cons
- Not really a con for me but maybe for others. The learning curve can be steep and the speed of innovation is not slowing down so it can only get worse. That's the "burden" of working with such a dynamic platform!

Pros
Powerful platform, high-growth, enthusiastic customers, RSU grants make the compensation very attractive (this is literally the reason why they are able to retain most employees)
Cons
Advancement and recognition is not based on performance, but rather on arbitrary popularity contests and political dynamics. Marketing leadership is near the worst I've seen. The CMO is insecure in his own abilities, and therefore leads through bullying and fear tactics. The other C-suite members largely disregard Marketing's input, due to a lack of confidence in leadership. Most of the power now sits with the Chief Communications Officer. The CMO's record of hiring into his org is poor, with multiple failed hires. These are all known issues, and the C-suite and HR have either been unable or unwilling to address them, leading to a negative work environment for many in the Marketing organization.

Pros
Very smart people. Great pay and benefits (especially with the stock doing so well). Technology product that actually works and can be implemented fast. Great leadership at the top.
Cons
Complete lack of any professional HR best practices. I have seen top performers fired by accident and then the company try to rehire them; I've seen women in exactly the same roles as men paid and titled significantly less; I've seen re-orgs of re-orgs within the space of a week due to poor planning; I've seen constant overlap of functions and never see any clear delineation of responsibilities. We have a very long way to professionalize the workforce planning function and it's a shame because I think good people come to the firm who may leave without ever finding their feet or making the contribution they could due to lack of role clarity, good onboarding etc.
