Great diversity, strong product and ability to move around company.
Cons
Leadership in customer support organization is terrible. Hiring of leaders outside of ServiceNow has lead to some issue with trying to transform organizations into what worked at other companies which impacts the culture and why ServiceNow was such a great place to work. Loss of "customer first" attitude.
