Pros

New building, nice MacBook computer. OK salary & benefits. They make the employees write fake glassdoor reviews.

Cons

Leadership is bad, they are always on edge and fearful of getting fired. They dont really know what they are doing. Turnover, no culture, they will work you hard with no value, everyone is replaceable. Ive seen so many people quit or get fired. Constant chaos due to frequent management turnover. The make employees write these nice reviews on Glassdoor so they can keep hiring. I have been in customer support for several year. We had the BEST Support Manager this place has ever seen and he just "disappeared" one day last year and things still are not as good as they were. Not sure why he left, it seemed political as he was doing great things for the teams and employees were happy. Now everyone wants out of support as fast as they can. There are a few females in the support leadership at a director level that are completely unstable and always running around the office literally screaming. My stock is just about 100% vested and leaving BTW this is the trend.

Pros

Free snacks Leadership opportunities Stable work given current ai market You can get challenging engaging work but it comes at the cost of putting in extra hours Smart and helpful people work here

Cons

Work can a bit boring if not on something cutting edge Dev experience is pretty bad, moving xml files around that contain the actual code, proprietary low/no code platform to build products Full of Indians, diversity is a joke in engineering. It feels like a cost cutting measure more than anything else tbh Very much a checkbox mentality when building products instead of long term thinking with quality and usability Doubts about upper leaderships navigation during rise of ai Pay is nothing near what it should be, especially after stock dropped almost 40% yoy Certain internal processes are difficult for no other reason than we made them like that, lots of reaching out to people for rqts, signoffs, adjustments etc
