Pros

1. Excellent office space. Full of perks. Top notch facilities eg: Massage chairs, cricket net, lots of games and relaxing places. 2. Excellent work culture. No pressure to stay in office of X hours or so. Very collaborative employees. 3. The company is growing around 40% YoY. So it directly reflects on the RSUs you get.

Cons

1. Zero growth opportunity. They hire people from diverse technology background eg: Java, C#, Python development. While hiring, the work is not clearly mentioned. Its said, that the work will be extensively on Javascript and lot of code logic to write and all. But in reality, you will be using the ServiceNow platform like a tool. To develop applications, just drag drop stuffs to create an application. The coding part is hardly 20-30%. Not ideal for really techie guys/girls who are looking for good quality work which involves programming. 2. The management is becoming more process oriented. This is not expected from a good product company. The focus is shifting from quality of work to quantity of work per say.

Pros

Free snacks Leadership opportunities Stable work given current ai market You can get challenging engaging work but it comes at the cost of putting in extra hours Smart and helpful people work here

Cons

Work can a bit boring if not on something cutting edge Dev experience is pretty bad, moving xml files around that contain the actual code, proprietary low/no code platform to build products Full of Indians, diversity is a joke in engineering. It feels like a cost cutting measure more than anything else tbh Very much a checkbox mentality when building products instead of long term thinking with quality and usability Doubts about upper leaderships navigation during rise of ai Pay is nothing near what it should be, especially after stock dropped almost 40% yoy Certain internal processes are difficult for no other reason than we made them like that, lots of reaching out to people for rqts, signoffs, adjustments etc
