Pros

You will get experience that will allow you to find better employment elsewhere in a related field.

Cons

The owners make promises they do not keep. They will blame employees for problems stemming from poorly maintained and broken equipment they should replace. They sell items that are declared losses in mitigation jobs. They take 0 responsibility for damage incurred as a direct result of insufficiently trained employees, but will aggressively berate (shout at) those same employees over the issue.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
