      Pros

      Good company culture. Good people. Leader in the industry. The company knew who they were, what they were and why they were and lived the vision.

      Cons

      Strong glass ceiling. A good old boys club. hard to get ahead. The company and industry was very gender driven and it was not often that you would see women in leadership roles. Even good, strong, competent women and minorities were often suppressed into gender defined roles.

      Pros

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Cons

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
