Pros

Management team is knowledgeable, professional and understanding, with reasonable expectations. Teamwork is promoted. The staff are friendly and funny, which in addition to good management, makes for a nice work environment. The work is challenging and interesting. Opportunities to learn and hone skill individual sets are encouraged and always available. Management offers excellent benefits.

Cons

The office has limited parking, however the company is always expanding, and the headquarters are moving to a larger building with ample parking and a room for training classes. The industry is complicated to understand, but comprehensive training is provided along with a knowledgeable management and a support team always willing to answer questions.

Pros

It's not just a name-- this group actually does provide amazing service, first. I was blessed to be able to work with this group for 4 months and all of these people care about their clients and saving money on processing they're the real deal

Cons

Not many.. environment possibly too lowkey

Pros

Maybe a good starting out job for someone who wants to grind and has no experience. All the people are trying and want to do well.

Cons

If you have had a career and success in sales you may feel completely ill at ease here. You calls are counted and you can't generate your own leads which would pay you a whole lot more. They want you to get beat up on their over-called list and land a few of those for them or they'll cut bait on you at about 2 months. The hourly isn't serious for a serious person to live on. It's a high pressure sales environment and you have to get beat up as you learn.
