Pros
Servcorp provided me with a great training ground to learn about all aspects of running a business, from marketing to sales, team hire to team management, operations to P&L accountability. With new challenges presented on a daily basis, there was a vast network of colleagues to look to for advice and coaching. To do well and achieve in your role, you do need to be resilient when it comes to client management, accepting of constructive feedback from colleagues and adaptive to fast-changing environments. You will learn skills and make connections that you will benefit from in any future role or endeavour.
Cons
There are no cons that are particularly unique to Servcorp as a business. At times there were conflicting instructions and goals given from seniors, but the General Manager AUNZ was always willing to listen and provide clarification and/or guidance.
