Interview
The interview process was quite structured. It started with a brief introduction about the company and role, followed by questions about my background, communication skills, and ability to handle customers. There was also a short role-play scenario to assess how I would deal with difficult clients. The interviewer was professional but friendly, making the overall experience comfortable.

Question 1
How would you handle a difficult or angry customer at the front desk?
1st interview went well via Teams. The second phase was a 60 min test. They sent me the test on the wrong day and when I communicated this to them, they did not respond at all. I've never heard back from them
A phone screening call, then interview with head of marketing. Hired on the spot, fairly simple interview process. I had 24 hours to make a decision and I accepted the offer and was sent a contract.
