Vivek Ramachandran (CEO) never admitted that he doesn't know how to manage and drove the company to its failure. He left the company and rejoin HSBC with a prestige title leaving in Serai everyone hanging running for their life. How is it fair that someone who provided no direction, no strategy and no vision and hardly any work can just enjoy his high paying salary for so many years and yet, when the company goes down, take no responsibility and run back to HSBC calling himself an entrepreneur?
