The main HR person does not know anything about start-up, she got years of corporate experience and is yet tasked to hire for a "startup". The hiring manager told me that he found my profile on the list where the HR person has decided not to proceed.

Super bad experience. I had received an email requesting for some time slots for interview. I responded to that email twice in a span of 2 weeks and no response. Then months later again contacted and had a rather weird experience in the interview. The person who interviewed did not have any idea about the actual scope of various positions and was quite demeaning and mean.
